Host

Host
First impressions are everything and that's why we find it so important to have great hosts. As the first person our guests see, hosts are responsible for greeting and seating our guest as well taking care of the guests transaction with basic cash handling. Host work as very valuable support staff to the restaurant and fill in where needed in various ways.

Busser

 Busser
Bussers are responsible for the table turn over during peak business hours. Working together to clear, clean, and sanitize the tables, seats, and seating areas. Bussers also have interaction with guest while pre-bussing and collecting no longer needed dishes and glass wear from the tables. Bussers are very valuable support staff that also fill in where needed.

Bar Back

Bar Back
Bar Backs work directly with the bartender and other servers to to ensure our guests have the best possible experience by providing correctly executed and quick cocktails. Our Bar Back position is the perfect entry level position for someone with little to no experience or someone looking to get their foot in the door for a bartending position. This position requires a lot of memorization in addition to multitasking all in a fast paced environment.

Server

Server
Servers work directly with their guest to ensure they have the best possible experience using their upbeat & friendly personalities. Servers have vast knowledge of the menu are able to answer questions or make suggestions for food as well as cocktails. This position requires a lot of memorization in addition to multitasking all in a fast paced environment.

Server Bartender

Server Bartender
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while also assisting in the service of food to our valued guests. As a Bartender, you will showcase your expertise in mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and providing exceptional customer service at our bar. Additionally, you will take orders, deliver meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction with their dining experience.

Dish Machine Operator

Dish Machine Operator
Dish machine operators work alone or together to ensure the steady flow of clean dishes and other vital tools. They also are responsible for deep cleaning and other light janitorial work. Dish machine operators need to be well organized and detail orientated.

Prep Cook

Prep Cook
While we believe in the classic "keep it simple and keep it fresh" this job is anything but simple. Prep cooks are responsible for hand cutting steaks, meats, vegetables, preparing scratch made soups and sauces, and baking fresh bread daily. They are also responsible for portioning as well as organizing the cold and dry storage of food products.

Line Cook

Line Cook
Line cooks work alone or as a pair to execute quality dishes within a set amount of time. Cooks also are responsible for making scratch made sauces in addition to other gravies and hot held ingredients. This is an extremally fast paced position in a warm to hot environment. Cooks need excellent organization & multitasking skills, and the ability to work tidy.

Kitchen Supervisor

Kitchen Supervisor
While we tend to promote from within, we are always looking for a great addition to our management team. Kitchen Supervisors are line cooks with extensive knowledge of products and procedures. They help to oversee and supervise other back of house staff in their cooking techniques, cleaning duties, & rotation procedures all while preforming their duties.

Manager

Manager
While we tend to promote from within, we are always looking for a great addition to our management team. Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant with a heavy focus on guest experience. Managers are responsible for daily transaction reconciliation, but are not assigned any office work. All of their work is with guests & staff.
